1. Buyer pays shipping on ALL items unless otherwise arranged.
2. Any UPS claims must be made by buyer, JB Mountain Bikes is not responsible for making YOUR insurance claims.
3. No refunds after 30 days
4. All new bikes may be refunded before 30 days as long as the bike is in as new condition and can still be seen as "new". Shipping both ways is the buyers responsibility.
5. All new bikes / suspension forks come with specific factory warranties. We will honor these warranties, and help the buyer in any way
6. All refunds will be made with store credit, unless otherwise arranged.
7. If a bike that you have purchased seems to be sized wrong, it is not our responsibility. We assist with any sizing questions. If the bike is still in brand new condition, we will take it back for a different size exchange. Shipping both ways is the buyers responsibility.
8. Used bikes sold with NO warranty.
9. Used suspension forks sold with NO warranty.
10. The prices on this website are website specific / the actual JB Mountain Bikes retail location has different pricing percentages. If you see something on the site and then come in to purchase it, chances are it will be more expensive. In some cases we can honor the price on this site but in others we simply cannot. Sorry to disappoint anyone local! In any case our retail location has VERY competitive prices on everything in the store anyway, so no worries!
