Looking for a highly efficient, yet ultralite & simple race or XC bike? Look no further!!! The freshly redesigned SL is stronger than ever, and STILL ultralite (or superlite if you prefer). A single pivot with sealed cartridge bearings and 4" of travel make this one of the best all around full suspension trail & race bikes EVER MADE! You have a couple of tough choices to make - first of all, anodized or powdercoated? Both are tough finishes, but the anodizing holds up better and is more scratch/thrash resistant. The anodizing also has its logos & lettering laser etched, so no decals to get mangled. With a powdercoated frame, you do get to choose from many more colors, and it is still a solid finish on the frame. Next up is shock choice - the FOX RP23 is an upgrade from the standard Flot R - once again, both are excellent, but with the RP23 you get to adjust the propedal valving on the fly - The Float R has no Propedal valving adjustment.
